cut the picture in microsoft word

Sunday, October 18, 2009

Imagine if you have a document that contains the image in the middle of the document. Then, to make the document more carefully, you want to cut the picture.

To crop a picture in Microsoft Word, there are two ways. We can take a picture of the document, then edit it with image processing applications. That way first. The second way is to edit directly in Microsoft Word.

For example, you need only display the Standard toolbar, from the screenshot (print screen) that you have done. Cutting process (crop) can be done in the next step.
1. Paste your screen printing results.
2. Click the image in question.
3. By default once you click the print screen images, the Picture toolbar will be active.
4. Click the Crop icon on the left line style icons.
5. Click and drag the corner or on a small white box on the image in question.
6. Determine the appropriate size you want.
